We are incredibly proud to announce that one of our Lego League teams has won the prestigious Best Innovation Solution Award at the regional final in DCU! This year’s competition theme, ‘Submerged,’ challenged students to find creative solutions to real-world issues related to our oceans.

Our talented team focused on tackling the critical problem of microplastics in the ocean. Their innovative approach and hard work were recognised by none other than the Dean of DCU, Professor Anne Looney, who presented them with the award.

This remarkable achievement is a testament to our students’ passion, creativity, and commitment to making a difference in the world. Huge congratulations to the team and their mentors Ms Everlien and Ms Murray —we couldn’t be prouder!
